Arielle's desserts are to die for! They are rich, full of flavor, and have a wonderful texture. I was shocked to learn that her pecan pie, one of my favorite desserts, contained no sugar and was uncooked. It is hard to believe that a dessert made without sugar, dairy, or cooking can taste so delicious, but they do. I eat her desserts because they taste so good, I do not do it because I am looking for a healthy alternative to milk chocolate, that just happens to be a decadent bonus.
